Psalm 18 is where David sang about how the Lord has delivered him from his enemies.
Let's breakdown this Psalm
There is an ENEMY
David is in deep DISTRESS
He CRIED OUT towards the Lord
The Lord heard it and responded in ANGER (towards the enemy),
He then exuded PROTECTIVENESS towards David,
He then gets David READY for battle
He SUPPORTED David in battle
David CRUSHED his enemies with the Lord's help
God set David at the top in VICTORY
Who are your enemies today? It could be circumstances, situations, things that are not in your control that robbed your peace and brought you into a dark place that is not meant to be for you.
Have you turned to the Lord?
Are you ready for VICTORY with the Lord?There should be only ONE ending to this battle - VICTORY with the Lord. Claim that!
46 The Lord lives! Praise be to my Rock!
Exalted be God my Savior!
47 He is the God who avenges me,
who subdues nations under me,
48 who saves me from my enemies.
You exalted me above my foes;
from a violent man you rescued me.
49 Therefore I will praise you, Lord, among the nations;
I will sing the praises of your name.
