In today's episode Jon Allis fills us in on orientation and proximity to the Lord. He explains how orientation is which way our heart and mind is directed, and proximity is how close we might be from the heart/source of God (i.e. Pharisees were close in proximity but pointing in the wrong direction). Bottom line is that our hearts need to get closer to the Lord!

This question convicts us as we consider the things in which we put our hope: our accomplishments, our wealth, or our God? Jerry shares times when he felt desperate. In what places do you feel desperate? What areas in your life should you feel desperate? Let's become desperate enough to rely only on the Lord so we may go out and work to make the Kingdom come in our city.
