Philippians 4:11-13. After the study of the new testament, Rufus is encouraged by the character and contentment of Paul the Apostle. How was Paul able to be satisfied with Christ when he was left for dead, shipwrecked, and imprisoned? Rufus shows us that Paul learned, not by accumulating knowledge but through the practice and experiences of his life. Therefore, let us intentionally learn from our own difficulties by trusting and experiencing God in order to know Him better.
