  • Journalling for Psychedelic Integration with Jenalle Dion, Wakeful Travel
In this episode we talk with Jenalle Dion, founder of Wakeful Travel, a ceremony-companion company that works with retreat centers, psychedelic clinics, therapists, and other wakeful brands to provide tools that aid in transformation and self-exploration. She is also Head of Creative Partnerships at Third Wave and is a MAPS Canada Volunteer in Vancouver.

She also discusses why journalling is so important to the psychedelic experience, how it impacts the integration process, and the benefits of writing vs. digital journalling.
