If you love blood, gore, and weird sibling sexual tension, then baby, Dexter is the show for you! While we don't know what his exact affliction is (psychopath versus sociopath versus just regular murderer with Robin Hood complex) we do know that this guy is a little bit of a freak. And really, who isn't?
