Tyler Haggar joined me today to talk all sorts of stuff from private security, to tactical training. About 2 hours long and definitely could have went way longer. Looks like we will need to have him back.

So I am finally introducing Lilly to the world. Here is a little look into her life before and after me. We go over ballet, Christian school, ASL, and Real estate.

This one is a special one. I got 3 of the most authentic and worth while male opinions I care to listen to and my own of course. I get a little frustrated and vent a little for that I apologize but The wisdom and understanding I get from these guys is immeasurable. These men are great friends, Partners, Fathers (or eventual fathers), and all around some of the best hearts I know. This is what it sounds like to have your guy friends talk through an issue with you.

I interview Laura Hyatt about Strongwoman, Rugby, and Cars.

Went over My son and I trip to Sicily, Rome and Iceland last week. Getting my son's Sicilian charms for his 16th birthday coming up. Great bonding experience and a lot of fun.

This one was pretty short could have went way longer especially as we started to hit some interesting topics but maybe next time.

Justin and I talk about my upcoming event on August 25th the Psychotic Strength Showdown. In the event we are having Sumo Wrestling with Cash prizes and a Championship belt for the winners of The Sumo event. We also talk about negotiating for a job and a bunch of others things.

I Interview Carlton Klein of Lost Canyon Imports. We have a fascinating conversation about art and trying to save dying art forms. This man is traveling to small villages in Columbia finding these art forms, hearing their stories and creating wonderful informational videos about them. He is doing his best to bring these arts to the US and share them with art lovers and bring awareness to these cultures.
