When you hear someone say, “I do believe in Jesus Christ but I believe in the freedom of the will” or “I believe in salvation by grace but I believe in the freedom of the will”, then you have the components of Semi-Pelagianism. This was thought to be heretical through the centuries, but it has come to exist in so many of our churches.
