PT 2: Dream Interpretations!

Raven shares her dreams and her version of how she interprets them. She gives advice on key factors to look for and how to analyze each dream. She also shares a song she wrote that was inspired by a dream, diving into her musical side. Dreams can help guide us and let us know things we still need to work on and heal from, why not figure out what they are.

Keep a dream journal, write down anything you can remember

Analyze the who, what, and why of the elements in the dream that bring you any strong emotions or triggers and your action steps to overcome them

Common dreams can be easy to decode sometimes when you apply them to your real life situations.

Also good advice I forgot to mention; You don’t have to overthink every single dream if you arent feeling any strong emotions about them. Sometimes we really do just have random dreams that don't mean anything serious.
