We discuss how to change the conversation we are having with our bodies, Switching it from one of resentment to one of gentleness and gratitude.
We also talk about where Karin gets her inspiration from for her writing and go more into detail on honoring the low moments, how to not be so reactive to low moments, We also redefine what self love means..and that it’s okay!…You don’t have to “learn to love” the parts of yourself you want to change.
The place you learn self love is through the uncomfortable low moments of sitting with yourself. Your low moments are your most teachable moments that propel into your dreams and goals and into the best version of yourself!
