This is a 2-part series that examines the different stages of when God blesses his servants with an abundance of overflow. God is careful not to give us too much too soon because he knows it will overwhelm us, like the quail did the children of Israel. So, he gives us what's sufficient, but still more than enough, and we are expected to be content with receiving our desires little by little until the overflow comes. Once the overflow comes, and our cups runneth over, we are expected to be a blessing to others as God's distributor. Not to waste nor to hoard, but to give as we have been given so that the overflow can continue in good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over. A wicked man who does not give, will perish and his goods will go to those who do.
