Have you ever slept most of the day on the Day of Atonement to help the affliction of fasting go by quicker and be less painful? I know I have, but the Lord showed me that He prefers us to stay up more on that day, so that we can WATCH. You pray for Him to give you strength. The Lord is going to come in a Day of Atonement (Leviticus 25:9), and He wants us to not sleep, but WATCH for His coming. So, we practice now, so that we can be ready when He comes. I’m not saying don’t sleep at all on the Day of Atonement, but I am saying what Christ says: Watch and Pray.

I woke up with this on my mind and thought I'd share. Have you ever seen that movie "Fallen" where evil spirits move from person to person to accomplish their will. Acts 19:16 shows that an evil spirit can indeed leap on a person, and we also know that evil spirits can take possession of a person. This episode shows you how to protect yourself and what defenses you need to keep that from happening to you, but at the end of the day, they can't just jump on everybody. There's some people they are prohibited from, and it's only those people who have the proper defense mechanisms up. Tune in to learn more.

This is a 2-part series that examines the different stages of when God blesses his servants with an abundance of overflow. God is careful not to give us too much too soon because he knows it will overwhelm us, like the quail did the children of Israel. So, he gives us what's sufficient, but still more than enough, and we are expected to be content with receiving our desires little by little until the overflow comes. Once the overflow comes, and our cups runneth over, we are expected to be a blessing to others as God's distributor. Not to waste nor to hoard, but to give as we have been given so that the overflow can continue in good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over. A wicked man who does not give, will perish and his goods will go to those who do.

People say: What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, but that wisdom is of the world. The truth of the matter is, what doesn't kill you makes you more experience, because it makes you wiser, gives you more confidence, especially confidence and trust in the Lord, and it gives you familiarity in repetition, which leads to comfortability and courage, which allows you to be ready for any challenge, and when you are Experienced, you are of good reputation as a seasoned veteran (seasoned with salt) to overcome the task set before you. In this episode, we will see Bible examples of how God teaches us through Experience!
