  • Episode 38- Jarod Hall

Episode 28 is fully brewed! We are super pumped about this episode with Jarod Hall. Jarod is a Physiotherapist from Texas who has had a big influence on us as students and now as recent new grads (still isn’t real). Jarod loves to educate and has taken an interest in helping people learn more about pain science and critical thinking. He is an extremely humble guy who has a passion to help continue to push our profession forward.

On this episode we dive into his analogy book Sticks & Stones, how to work on your critically thinking skills, and why it's important for us to have confidence in the uncertainty. We learned a ton from this conversation and we hope that you enjoy it!

  • Episode 37- Danny Lehr

Episode 37 is fully brewed! On this episode we have a conversation with Danny Lehr. Danny is the co-founder of Caffeine & Kilos and Crossfit Excel. We have both been fans of C&K and the community they have built. Lifting weights and crushing coffee! What’s not to like?  Having the chance to sit down and talk to Danny about his journey and some of the important keys to building a successful community was a really cool opportunity for us. We plan on having some episodes like this going forward. We think it's important to learn from successful people outside the Physical Therapy space. During this episode we covered important aspects of building a community, how to be productive with your day, and obviously Coffee! We hope you enjoy this episode as much as we did.
