How do you tell if you’re talking about failing forward or success with consequence? Here’s an example: I failed to post this episode on time. My intent here was to post the episode. Based on this intent, I have succeeded at posting the episode, with a consequence (it’s late). Sigh. In other news, expect an update about our release date soon, as the turn around from Saturday to posting Sunday has been reducing my success rate at this significantly.
