What if you realize today that the parts that you hate about yourself are actually just symptoms of disregulation? After experiencing a big trauma we tend to think we can just bounce back and many times on some level we do however, that doesn't mean that the disregulation we'll just go away. Trauma is disregulating and therefore we change our nervous system when we experience trauma. So anyone who suffers from CPTSD or PTSD will find themselves often in a disregulated mode and if you're like me, you may really hate that.
