“Consecrate the fiftieth year and proclaim liberty throughout the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a jubilee for you; you are to return to your family property and to your clan.  The fiftieth year shall be a jubilee for you; do not sow and do not reap what grows of itself or harvest the untended vines.  For it is a jubilee and is holy for you; eat only what is taken directly from the fields.” Lev 25:10-12

After seven cycles of seven years, the people celebrated a year of Holy rest. The 50th year was a year when debts were forgiven, land was returned, prisoners were set free, and forgiveness was granted without question.

This is the story of my year of Super Jubilee, one of Holy rest, scandalous freedom, radical release and incomprehensible forgiveness. PTSD isn't winning.
