PTS... PTSD? The debate will go on forever, the battle lines are drawn whether you were in the Vietnam conflict or one of the desert battles, like Desert Storm or Desert Shield. It looks like it’s a generational thing, but it's not. It’s a perceptional thing that goes along with trying to get a job.
The thing is whether or not you actually have a mental illness. The initials are ... Post Trumatic Stress ... and then that D on there is Disorder, as if a traumatic incident instantly makes you a raving lunatic for life ... thus unemployable.
How about we drop the D and just say that someone has experienced Post Trumatic Stress? Because you know you can relieve stress, and nobody wants to walk around with the title of Disorder. Why don’t we ask some experts on the subject and see if they might have some methods of relieving stress?
My guests have some cutting-edge techniques in CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and Kundalini Yoga to relax your mind and body. Great! Let’s ask them!
