She also draws attention to recommendations for an effective implementation of an integrity regime, like the need for political will and leadership, policy frameworks and national strategies to involve all stakeholders in efforts to tackle corruption, budget to ensure the independence of the commission, training sessions for public servants and the public at large, among others.
