Public Therapy

This past week has been a super crazy and overwhelming week for me and I want to talk about it. My Spiritual Awakening has taken a turn and I'm finally aware of my inner child and her needs. I think this can be overwhelming for everybody, but is such an important step in the awakening process, and in general, to become your best self. 

Everyone has insecurities and everyone has thoughts of worry and self-doubt pass through their minds. BUT, this does not have to stop you from just being yourself. Learning the truth behind this has taken me years but I am finally in a place where I am able to validate and love myself and NOT OVERTHINK. Truly, we are free.

Okay I'll admit it.. I buy into it EVERY YEAR. The costumes, the decorations, the pumpkins, the festive drinks, the events.. I LOVE IT OK. I love dressing up and being a different character but recording this made me realise maybe that's not healthy? idk

Expressing yourself through your own sense of style and fashion is so much fun and feeling confident in an outfit is so damn powerful. But, lemme tell you, I wasn't always confident enough to wear whatever the f*ck I wanted. It took time and a lot of realisation for me to fully dress the way I feel my best and it's SO EMPOWERING!!!

Let's talk about tattoos, piercings and hair styles. How much do you overthink changing your appearance or adding something new to your body? I used to do it a LOT, but then I realised something. 

When we leave school to enter the big wide world, we're essentially just left to fend for ourselves. I had to do a lot of self-discovery and experience a lot of things to get me to where I am right now, but it was all worth it!
