Brenda Bisceglia is the City of Vaughan’s Mobility Management/ MoveSmart Manager with the Transportation and Fleet Management Services department. This June will mark Brenda’s 13th year with the city. She has held a number of positions in Public Works, from Contract Administration in Development Engineering, to Supervisor of the School Crossing Guard Program, and now working as Manager of Mobility Management.

Throughout all her roles, she’s gained a solid understanding of the various operations and service delivery models, always looking to improve efficiencies in operations.
