The Devil Takes a Hand A cunning man attempts to commit the perfect murder by teaching his "insane" wife how to hang herself, hoping to claim her inheritance and marry his mistress. His plan backfires with gruesome irony when his wife treats the demonstration as a game and pulls the chair out from under him.
The Finishing Touch A murderer orchestrates an "artistic" suicide for his rival, using a forged note and a forced dose of cyanide to clear his path to the man’s wife. His meticulous plan crumbles over a single, tiny detail: a mismatch between the wife’s real name and the name used in his "perfect" forgery.
