When we think of change (which as I share in yesterday's episode, is what this week is about), we tend to imagine movement, a complete clean cut switch. While yes that does happen but we are not as clean cut beings. We are people with many layers of thought, feeling and being and hence, a part of the change is in dealing with the untended murky waters that need our attention before we enter fresh new water. This part of change is difficult because this brings us face to face with the in-between of endings and new beginnings for which we never have a handbook. Today's pulse captures that and offers you some insight into easing in your discomfort, developing ways of working with them instead of avoiding or feeling overwhelmed by them.
