It's not always easy to be an outsider - just ask Vladimir Putin. Two young Africans in Russia are showing that music can play an important role in identity and facilitating integration. Emily Sherwin caught up Moscow-based rap group AMG to find out more.

One big intenet trend right now is "zero waste" blogging. Many of the most visible bloggers are young, generation Y, women, like Florine Hofmann, host of the blog "The capital f". She explained to Pulse why she started living this lifestyle, and how she goes about daily life generating zero waste.

Tunisia has struggled to find its footing as a democratic society over the last five years since the 2011 Jasmine Revolution. But one young group of independent journalists, called Inkyfada, are trying to push investigative journalism to new levels in the country, and in the process taking on and breaking the traditional bounds of Tunisian society and politics.

Start ups are big business in India and are growing bigger every day. The city of Bangalore has the second fastest growing start-up ecosystem in the world, just behind global leader Berlin. Indian entrepreneurs have the world's youngest median age too, at just 28, compared to 36 in Silicon valley. Their ideas are helping to change Indian society and the world.

On today's show we're going to be breaking free from our boundaries. From the young journalists in Tunisia, breaking free from the boundaries which used to tie them; to the new wave of Indian entrepreneurs who are generating ideas and big money; and, finally, from a zero waste blogger who does everything she can to avoid adding trash to the world's landfill sites.
