On this episode of PPMP, we talk with Nathan Knestrick, division marketing manager, a guest we've been trying to land since episode 2. Nathan oversees customer service, eBusiness, marketing, applications engineering, pricing, and product management. If a customer speaks to someone at PMD, their representative reports to Nathan. Drawing on his experience in sales, Nathan offers a unique perspective on how PMD is striving to improve each customer's experience, plus, we learn about the man himself. Try it out!

In the final episode of our first Greeneville series, we talk to Ian Ruehle-Lewis, applications engineer at the Parker Pump and Motor Division. Ian tells us about his experience in the field, what customers are looking for in a supplier, unique applications, and a quick look at his life before Parker.
