Grant was on an entrepreneurial track in college in Nebraska, trying to figure out what he wanted to pursue as a business, when he heard a family member talking about restroom trailers. Ten days later he bought his first trailer with a loan from his grandparents. Over the next few years, he built out an inventory with the help of SBA loans. A few years ago, Grant met and married Erin and she decided to leave her marketing position with Chick-fil-A and work with Grant. The couple discuss their decision-making for expansion, focusing solely on high-end restroom trailers, hiring and training processes, quality control in a business with an extensive service area, and more.
