As the weather gets colder, you might have an urge to stay indoors more frequently and bundle up on the couch with your favorite pumpkin spice snack. This is the time of year we all tend to let the diet slide a bit more and we get a little less active. It’s like the ugly part of the fitness cycle is coming back around so that by New Year’s we start to feel guilty and shameful. The truth is that it doesn’t have to be this way! Let’s make some goals together to stay in shape through the holidays so that by the time you get to next year, there’s no reason to diet off all of the extra weight because it won’t be there.
