we talk through our experience with mental health: how its hard, why we should be more easy on ourselves and the best ways we've dealth with it. just a warning, we're not in any way professionals when it comes to mental health - just 2 teenagers sharing what they have gone through 

is it okay to be a hater? we discuss our thoughts on haters + being a hater: what we should do when we find out someone is talking shit, if its okay to not like everyone and if hiding your feelings is being fake. we had to beep a lot of this episode out. 

at the beginning of this year, we lost one of our closest friends. we reflect back on our memories with him, our experience of going through an immense loss for the first time and what it felt like grieving amongst friends. there's some tears in this one. 

we talk about the different beauty standards that are upheld for men and women & why (in most cases) its just so much easier to be a boy. warning: we kinda talk abt pubes in this ep. 

both of us started uni! we talk about all the trials of tribulations of uni; finding new friends, getting settled into our new courses and why its so different high school (p.s we like high school more).
