It's week four of our Star Wars Theory Series, and this time we're talking all things kyber crystals. If you didn't know already, these crystals are what Jedi used to power their lightsabers. Kyber crystals are rumored to be a focus of Rogue Once: A Star Wars story, so we dive into the mythology and share the latest theories from experts around the web.

Plus, this week has two special guests, Pat and Liz's two younger brothers, Jack and Marty. As usual, everyone teases Pat about his undying love for Episode II and Hayden Christensen.

*Warning: We discuss the foreign Rogue One trailer that revealed more spoilers than fans wanted. If you're a spoiler-lover, watch the trailer here.

In this podcast, we cover:

-What a kyber crystal is;

-If the Death Star is fueled by kyber crystals;

-If Jyn Erso is force-sensitive;

-How Luke was able to find a kyber crystal to build his new lightsaber after he lost his in his battle with Vader/his pops in Episode V.

Episode 8 of Supergirl, “Medusa” was GREAT! The writing in this episode was really fantastic. Despite this week being the mega DCTV crossover event, this episode continues the story lines of Season 2, but without packing too much into the episode. In this episode we’ve got some epic kisses, more aliens, a game of monopoly, and Mon-El flirting with Kara’s Mom?

Be sure to share your thoughts on this episode in the comments, or tweet at us (@heniadis and @kheniadis). We’d love to hear what you think of Supergirl and what you’d like to hear from us.

Tune in to Supergirl every Monday at 8/7c on The CW, and join us every Wednesday for SuperTalk! Head to Pure Fandom’s podcast hub for more weekly shows on The Walking Dead, Syfy’s Van Helsing, and more.

The Walking Dead recap: Season 7, Episode 6, "Swear", Aired Nov. 27, 2016

In the latest episode of AMC's The Walking Dead, we're introduced to yet another community — Oceanside. Yes, another one. This week, Liz and Lindi break down whether all of these communities are really necessary to the storyline, and whether Andrew Lincoln is still getting paid his normal amount of money since he's been in about 30 minutes of season 7 (just sayin').

What do you think the meaning of the "PPP" key card is, and do you think Tara will spill the beans on the ladies-only community? Oh, and what the heck is about to happen to Carl?

The year is 2074 and as it turns out the future isn't all that bright. Syfy's new series, Incorporated, is set in the not too distant future where corporations have taken the place of now bankrupt governments. Most of the world has been decimated by famine and a collapsing eco-system. Protagonist, Ben Larson (Sean Teale) goes to drastic lengths in his effort to further infiltrate corporate life. Things aren't quite what they appear with Ben and his intentions. Allison Miller, Eddie Ramos, Dennis Haysbert, and Julia Ormand also star.
