Sofia was holed up in her winter home in Tucson doing some training and jumps in to fill us in on her Olympic MTB experience and we also get deep into her experience in the 2021 racing season which she did most of on a borrowed bike! Sofia gives us an inside look as well into some of the controversies that filtered through some of the bigger races and her ideas on how to make sure the playing field is as level as possible for everyone competing. Oh yeah…we also discuss our mutual love for…chocolate!
