Laurie’s earliest memories are of talking with Archangel Michael in the hallways of school when she was in 2nd grade.  In 4th grade, she began to channel and write with the help of a lovely ‘green energy’ that later became known to her as Archangel Gabriel and the Collective Light.   For as long as she remembers she’s been able to see loved ones that have crossed over.  Today she uses these gifts as a clear channel while working with people from all over the world to help them connect with their loved ones, angels, and guides.   Her ability to tune into the varying frequencies of the universe allow her to share this information and insight about past, present and future.

Catherine has co-owned a business in Mankato, Minnesota with her husband, Mike, since 1994. Together they have been enthusiastic supporters and philanthropists for national organizations such as the YWCA, World Vision, United Way, CRU, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, the Salvation Army, Kiwanis, and local organizations such as the Children’s Museum of Southern Minnesota, South Central College, Minnesota State University, Mankato, Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge, Backpack Food Program, Boys and Girls Club, and other organizations supporting the health of their communities. Catherine has been on the Board of the Twin Rivers Council for the Arts, the Greater Mankato Diversity Council, and was a founding member of the City Center Partnership of Mankato.

Catherine is an enthusiastic athlete and has participated in many triathlons, half marathons, and marathons including the Boston Marathon and the New York City Marathon.  A self-proclaimed introvert, she loves to read, go to the theater and play with hair, clothes and makeup. 

She developed her blog from an intense love of learning and asking questions like:

What am I here for?

What is the best way to love?

Why would I set a goal?

How do I become a better person?

How do I live a healthy life?

She wants all readers to explore the questions that they need to answer in order to live their best life.  Facing these questions takes courage.  The process will take time.  The answers will produce your best life!

We have special guest Keri Fulmore with us! Here is more about Keri:

Keri Dennis-Fulmore began her journey into 'Health and Healing' at a very young age. She didn’t know it at the time, but her whole life has been teaching her to help people to optimize their health. Keri grew up with several family members being nurses and through that she became very interested in health. But oddly enough, she was attracted to 'holistic ways to heal.' 

As a young child, she suffered from migraine headaches and despite many doctor visits and painkillers, she was told that they were genetic and she would have to live with them for the rest of her life. That was when a deep loud voice inside of her disagreed with the doctor’s advice and told her otherwise. Through the years that voice has been there to tell her things about people and even given her the ability to hear what is happening inside a persons body to cause them to be ill. She now knows that voice as her 'Intuition.'

Through the years, Keri went on to study Traditional Chinese Medicine and graduated with a diploma in Acupuncture in 2004 from the Oshio College of Acupuncture and Herbology. At the same time, she studied Herbalism from the Wild Rose College in Alberta and worked in a health food store, learning about the latest products and research from vitamin and supplement companies. She also went on to study Functional Medicine with the Functional Medicine University and is now a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner.
