This is ‘Part II’ of a video I released on YouTube a couple months ago called ‘Pure Sensation is the Key to Nondual Liberation’:

People seemed to appreciate the video and someone was asking for a deeper explanation, so I recorded this longer version to express the crux more comprehensively.

The general invitation is this: Drop all labels and feel the totality of present-experiencing as an unknown continuum of vibratory aliveness. Pure sensation. Like slipping into a hot bath of unknown textural intimacy. A full-contact sport. Melt into nowness. Go to infant mind. Do this often, as you feel like it, as a playful practice, and it gradually reveals freshness, vividness, un-stuckness, flow, artistry, lightness. The book ‘This That Is’ by Peter Brown and the many hours of Peter’s talks on Spotify / YouTube are amazing for this practice; he was a master of guiding people into this exploration of pure sensation.

May pure sensation reveal to us our interbeing! May we end war and set the kids free! May we be peace! May we relinquish our petty tribal squabbling and focus on our higher calling to co-create, reveal, and receive the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth and beyond! Peace and Love to you. Amen.

“Every time that you let experience be pure sensation with no explanation, that is realization. That is a glimpse of your deeper nature — empty fullness, weightless juiciness, self-dancing, self-liberating, with no maintenance required.”

“You can liken it to a black hole or you can liken it to the center of a sun. It’s both, neither, far beyond either. And yet it’s not something to be feared. It is pure, unconditional grace, unconditional innocence, unconditional love — a love beyond our human conception of love. Human love is just a fragrance of that deeper, all-incinerating love at the centerless center of everything.”

“There is nothing that needs to be changed about your experience right now. You are perfect. You are whole. You are complete. You are a masterpiece. This empty fullness is luminous God-play. This is home. Have no fear. All sensations are allowed.”
