At some point during our past failed relationships (especially those that we thought would last), we caught ourselves crying on the side of our beds and perhaps thinking what went wrong, right? Was it because we're not good enough? Or, was it because they're just completely jerk? Whatever the reasons may be, all we wanted to do that time was to get ourselves out of that situation - the heavy chest pain coupled with endless crying, the sleepless nights, starving ourselves to death and questioning our worth over and over again. Until we realised that those break-ups and the pain would be great tools to achieve a much-better version of ourselves -- that even in pain and suffering we had to go through, there's something better to look forward to. In this episode, I would like to share with you the tips I got from one of the most followed psych-related page on Instagram, Psych Today. They've been on IG for years now and I'm happy and proud to share this platform with this page because more than the mental health tips and everyday learnings that they provide, they help me conquer my own "failed" and "almost-relationship-drama" in the past and remind me that the RIGHT person will come in the most perfect time.
