Based in Alpharetta, Georgia, Brandon Lee is a values-driven entrepreneur, consultant, and author who leverages his extensive background in psychology and organizational development to transform business cultures. After scaling a company to $18 million in revenue and executing a successful unsolicited sale, Lee founded the "Start From Full" movement, which advocates "design over default" by aligning employees with their natural strengths to create sustainable growth and talent retention. A master’s degree holder and certified coach, he rejects the notion that a people-first culture is a "soft" strategy, instead proving it to be a company's most profitable asset. Beyond his professional work as a speaker and strategist, Lee is a dedicated husband and father of five who remains driven by the philosophy that high-level leadership begins with personal fulfillment.
