Jesus was rejected so that we could be received - not as servants, but as sons and daughters of God.

No matter what keeps you from recognizing or receiving Him: • Familiarity without faith • Pain and disappointment • Thinking you don't need Him • Wanting control • Fear of change • Feeling unworthy

The Father is eagerly waiting, ready to run to you with open arms. You are worthy of His love.

'Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God.' - John 1:12

Will you grab the key and open the door today?

"In Him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it." - John 1:4-5

Today we were reminded as we had a conversation with our friends from No Longer Bound that Jesus is the light that breaks through our darkest places. No matter what shadows loom in your life - addiction, fear, shame, or confusion - His light is stronger.

You were created with purpose, not by accident, not for chaos. God sees you, loves you, and wants to shine His light into every corner of your story.

Church, we are called to be light-bearers. Let's boldly reflect Christ's light and bring hope to the dark places in our community.

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." - John 1:1

Today we started our new series "That You May Believe" by diving deep into the opening of John's Gospel. We discovered that Jesus isn't just part of the story - He's the Author. He's not just the source of all life, but also the source of order in our chaos.

Are you seeing yourself through the lens of the world or the Word? Remember, you weren't made by accident or for chaos. You were created by the Word, in love, with purpose. God said, "Let us make [YOUR NAME] in our image."

It's time to return to our original design. To see ourselves through His eyes and believe that we are His. Today, we're invited to begin again with Him.

Join us next week as we continue our journey through John's Gospel, seeing Jesus more clearly so we can believe in Him more fully.

This Pentecost Sunday, we remember how God's Spirit was poured out, birthing the church in fire and boldness. Just as He did for the disciples, God wants to RESTORE and EMPOWER you today!

In our fast-paced world, waiting can feel like wasted time. But what if waiting is actually an invitation to something greater?

In a world of chaos, Jesus offers us peace. But this peace isn't just for us to keep - it's meant to be shared.

• We must forgive ourselves before we can truly forgive others

Whatever you've surrendered, trust that new life is coming. The tomb is empty, and Jesus is alive! 🙌
