“Purpose comes from the heart.” - What is your purpose? with Lauren Ledajaks
Lauren is a champion of authenticity and simply just becomes more and more real throughout the episode as she begins to settle in (it takes a lot of bravery to be recorded while asked confronting questions). She speaks into the challenge of figuring out what her purpose is, but has a pretty clear statement of what it is by the end of the episode.
She speaks into how decisions sometimes don’t necessarily come from her own heart - this is something that, as humans, we all fall into at one time or another. She deeply questions herself and her intentions with the way she reaches resolutions. It’s incredibly profound to see how self-aware Lauren is, despite that she claims to feel “disconnected.”
My favourite part of this episode: Lauren’s transition from, what she claims to be, an inauthenticity to a pure and completely organic authenticity. She is a creature of love in all different forms. What a beauty!
