Her daughter has a rare metabolic disorder, PKU, so everything she makes is inspired by her diet - vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, organic, etc. She donates 50% of all sales to the National Organization for Rare Diseases, and that's what makes it meaningful for her.

In this episode, Michelle talks with Natalie Hillegass of Natalie Hillegass Fitness about her story. Once she became a Mom, she thought she had to give, give, give which left her empty and with nothing left for her. She used that dark place as a catalyst to change her life and even started to write her fitness programs from the breastfeeding rocker (NOW that's a super Mom). In following her passion for fitness, she discovered that fitness and self-care is how to fill her own cup first. We cannot pour from an empty cup Mamas! We have to fill our cup first to have more of us and better versions of us to share with others.
Natalie's passion for fitness lead her to create her own programs and launch her own business. She used what brought her joy to change her life and I know her story will inspire you and bring a smile to your face.
Stay tuned for how to win 2 free months of her Fit Mama Membership.
