Laura has worked as a wedding planner, life coach, social worker and family therapist, non-profit program developer and administrator, and small business advisor, just to name a few. Today, she spends her time providing leadership development consulting to organizations as the founder of Knights Consulting, LLC, a consultancy that helps organizations cultivate more confident, conscious leaders and high performing teams. Through this work, Laura has had the honor to develop and facilitate programs that have touched leaders all over the world.
