In this episode, I’m joined by Pau a behavioural coach specialised in Neuro-Linguistics with over 15 years of study and more than 2,200 hours of 1:1 coaching. Her work blends neuroscience, mindset tools, and deep spiritual inquiry to help women stop doubting themselves and start living in alignment with who they really are.
We talk about what “purpose” really means, how to distinguish actions that comes from genuine desire, how fear can shape our choices, and what keeps so many of us stuck in patterns that don’t serve us. Pau also shares practical NLP techniques, journaling prompts, and powerful questions to help you reconnect with your truth, move through identity shifts, and take meaningful action—one grounded step at a time.

In this nourishing conversation, I sit down with Brittany, a certified Empowerment Coach and devoted guide for women on the path of awakening. Together, we explore what radical devotion looks like in real life—from leaving behind the security of a 9–5 job to walking a path shaped by intuition, reverence, and deep trust in the unknown.
Brittany shares her journey through chronic illness, nomadic living, and her ongoing commitment to living in harmony with nature, purpose, and inner wisdom. Drawing from embodiment practices, meditation and rituals, her story invites us all to soften, slow down, and remember the power already within.
This conversation is for anyone seeking freedom, authenticity, and the courage to trust the whispers of their soul.

In this soulful episode of Purpose Quest, we are joined by the radiant Fabiola Barba, a multidisciplinary Mexican artist, healer, and ceremonialist who walks between worlds. Her story is one of remembrance—a return to the roots, to the body, and to the wisdom that lives in silence, ceremony, and ancestral memory.
Fabiola works intimately with Mazatec and Mayan elders and shares the indigenous view of purpose. Today, she facilitates traditional temazcales (sweat lodges) in Sydney, holds space for healing ceremonies, creates art through textiles and painting, and offers her heart to the collective awakening.

In this first episode, I share the heart behind this podcast—how my personal journey through career shifts, self-discovery, and purpose anxiety led me here. From Argentina to Australia, from financial analyst to women’s empowerment work, I’ve followed the call to explore a deeper sense of purpose.
We’ll talk about what purpose really means, the pressures to “figure it all out,” and why purpose isn’t something to chase—it’s something we live, moment by moment.
