According to a 2009 study from the European Journal of Psychology, it takes 66 days for a new habit to become automatic. So: What’s the one thing you wish you could do on autopilot that would make you feel more connected to your purpose and more committed to impact?
Over the next 66 days, we’re going to make it a habit. We’re counting down to #Day67 and looking ahead to the mental shifts and weight lifted that will come from finally getting into a groove with that thing we've been struggling to start all this time.
And we’re doing it now so we’re ready to take on the last 90 days of 2022 (the fourth quarter!) with God-driven focus and force!
