It’s time we talk about the uncomfortable things and the situations that seem to be avoided. Pornography is deeper than just watching 2 people have sex, it has lasting affects that aren’t acknowledged enough. Today we’re going to acknowledge it.

This episode was recorded during a difficult point in my mental health journey. It was a little earlier in the year and I was feeling defeated and tired: I pray that someone can relate and realizes that they are not alone.

I am here to remind you that you are doing your best. You are amazing, you are worth living and loving. Continue to push forward, you deserve all good things and you will get the in due time.

Marriage? Such a scary subject for many but what do you think marriage is? Is it just the cute pictures and nice post or actual sacrifice and compromise?

After some talk about friendships and growth, it is necessary to realize what friendships need during times of transition. We are all learning and growing as time continues and the people we have in our life will require a sort of unconditional love that is learned. Grace is required and we must grant that to one another.
