We briefly mentioned in that episode how purging and decluttering can be applied to more than just physical possessions. It can also be applied to your mental space. And that’s the space we’re talking about today.

A lot of what you hear in this episode is inspired by what I’ve read and researched so far of David Allen’s “Getting Things Done” methodology. This episode is all about purging (as in decluttering)! We have gone through a number of purges over the past several years, and we have learned some interesting lessons along the way.
