Dallas Poore, a native of Villisca, Iowa, has been a student, a Marine Officer, the owner of a construction company, and most recently has continued his entrepreneurial path in 2023 by starting his nonprofit Warriors of the Wind Foundation, based in Lemoore, California.
Over the years, Dallas has lost many friends to suicide and self-damaging behaviors. Warriors of the Wind has one basic goal at its core, delivered via all things social media and film - reduce military suicides by half through destigmatization, education, and community. These efforts are being set in motion as a miniseries which is currently preparing to release its pilot episode through Angel Studios, through corporate sponsorship, Dallas plans for the series to be on network television for maximum impact.
