Pursuit Church

Welcome to Pursuit church, located in Denver, NC. Today's message comes out of the heart of the book of Esther. We may not know what tomorrow holds, or what next week holds, but we serve a God who knows all, and loves us.Pursuit Church on Social Media:facebook: https://www.facebook.com/PursuitChurchDenver/?ref=bookmarksinstagram: https://www.instagram.com/pursuit_church/Pursuit Worship on Social Media:Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Pursuit-Worship-671274439695803/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/pursuit.worship/

What if the faith Jesus calls us to isn't little and passive, but invasive? The mustard seed in Mark 9 reminds us that something small can become something unstoppable when it's alive and planted in the right place. What would happen if your faith stopped staying contained and started invading every area of your life?

This week we had the privilege to hear from one of our elders, Mark Kale. He spoke on the importance of being intentional with our focus during the day and night. What ever we focus on our life reflects, as leaders, parents, bosses, role models, our focus must be set on God so that the course of our lives reflect Him to those around us.

Welcome to the final message in our Joshua series. The heart of this message comes from Joshua's farewell address in the last part of the book of Joshua. It's most famous for "choose this day whom you'll serve, but as for me and my house, we're going to serve the Lord" - the question for all of us is, who will we choose to serve? Will we rid ourselves of the idols in our lives & hearts, and turn to Christ? It may not always be easy, but it'l most certainly be worth it.

What do you do when God gives you a promise but your circumstances don't seem to change? This message dives into scripture to discover what it means to trust the Lord in the space between His instruction and His fulfillment. We pray this message teaches you how faith, obedience, and perseverance position us to see God do what only He can do.

Sometimes God's strategy won't make sense to us but obedience isn't about understanding, it's about trusting. If His instruction made sense there is little need for faith. Our prayer is that this message encourages your walk with Him and helps you learn to trust Him fully.

In this weeks message, Pastor John speaks on the importance of leaving a legacy of faith for the coming generations. As Joshua left the stones to be a witness to Gods provision and faithfulness, we too must testify to our families and those around us about what God has done. Our prayer is that this message would encourage you to share Gods goodness with the next generation.

Welcome to part four in our Joshua series. This message comes primarily out of Joshua Ch 4, when God calls the people of Israel to remembrance. We pray that God uses this message in your life today, to encourage you and grow your faith in Him.Pursuit Church on Social Media:facebook: https://www.facebook.com/PursuitChurchDenver/?ref=bookmarksinstagram: https://www.instagram.com/pursuit_church/Pursuit Worship on Social Media:Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Pursuit-Worship-671274439695803/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/pursuit.worship/

God didn't call us to blend in. He called us to stand firm, walk in obedience, and live with courage even when culture tries pulls us in a different direction. Our prayer is that this message encourages you to be the person God has called you to be.

The promise was in sight, but the crossing still required faith. Joshua 1 reminds us that courage isn't the absence of fear, it's confidence in God's presence. If He's called you, He's already gone before you. Our prayer is that this message would encourage your walk with the Lord and and to take a step of faith towards His promises.
