On this episode I had the pleasure in speaking with content creator and Playstation Platinum Hunter Jono Pech about our experiences growing up and using social media / social networking platforms (the pros, cons, and everything in between), as well as our everyday dependency and habbits with our mobile phones.
Hope you guys enjoy the episode and the honest conversations shared. Let Jono and I know if you did, keen to hear your feedback - Much Love! :-)

2020 has certainly been a year like no other, one of which I don't think we will ever forget and hopefully won't have to go through again.
Saying that, life is how we view it and there is plenty to be grateful for - and I'm not just talking about Season 2 of the Mandalorian (such a great season).
I'm grateful for the extra time I spent with my family (made more special with my newborn son, Beau), the health of my family, the people I have in my life, my amazing wife and children, and the new friendships I have made throughout the year.
I've also been inspired by friends who have taken this year by the balls and achieved great things - worked hard on their health, started new passion projects, doubled down on their crafts, even those who were faced with losing their jobs have taken the opportunity to pursue something else that they're passionate about (the forced change they needed to pursue something more fulfilling).
We endured 2020. We completed it, its almost over - and I think we've all walked away more resilient and with a greater perspective on how quick the world can change and that whilst many things may be outside our control, we still have control as to how we view and adapt to those changes and what we make of it.
Thank you once again for all of your support and for giving up your time to listen to the stories and discussions shared on this podcast - I really hope the conversations have helped you in some way and provided value.
Lets make 2021 a great year.
Wishing you all a safe and happy Christmas.
Please look out for those around you who may not be doing ok.
Stay well, be kind, much love.

DRAFT
Hey Legends! Uploading this episode on Father's Day (6th Sept 2020) here in Australia, so a big HAPPY FATHER'S DAY shoutout to all the fellow dads out there. Hope you guys also got a cuppa in bed and some pretty awesome artwork like I did (even got a sleep in - WINNING!).
On this episode I'm joined by R U OK? Community Ambassador for Newcastle Ben Burgess to talk about his own mental health journey, about how R U OK? Day acts as an important reminder and call to action for something that we should all be mindful of each and everyday (not just one day a year), but also what to do next after asking someone if they're ok and the answer is "no, I'm not ok".
I hope you enjoy the episode and get some value from the conversations shared. If you do, please make sure to share the episode / podcast across your own socials to help share the message for anyone else that may need to hear it.
Also, if you haven't done so already, take 2mins and go leave us a review / rating on your podcast listening service of choice - means a lot legends!
Much love!
