Last episode Sara and Debra introduced us to three Wu's - The Wu Ji, the great nothingness from which we come; The Wuxing, the five element model as it is known today; and finally The Wu Tao, where Earth returns to the center to work in cooperation as opposed to being controlled.  With Earth in the middle, she is the great midwife, and as Debra says, she is birthing the next phases all around the wheel.  It is good news that Earth is returning to the center, for she can self regulate from that position.  In this episode Sara and Debra talk about how to get the body into the Wu Tao as you work on it.  This helps the body itself, to self relegate as well as amplify the healing process.

We continue our look at how to manage excessive wood growth, especially in this current culture of rage.  Through the use of Lung and Metal Element, we can find another way to stop this regression into past behavior. As Sara says if we meet chest beating with chest beating, nothing is added or created. I also learned something surprising about lightning!
