Today I'm talking about how to support our kid(s) emotional well-being through separation/divorce.
1. Divorce is sadly common- find advisory friends/family that can share the positives and negatives of their parent’s divorce
2. Don’t be afraid to ask for help or make mistakes
3. Control what you can control (if partner isn’t complying)
*pray
2. Research common behavioral issues with parental separation, and prepare for the difficulty of emotionally fragile children
3. Create a line of communication with both parents if possible to continually evaluate their needs- kids come FIRST and the focus is what’s best for THEM
*pray
