  • Preparation aint for the weak!
You may think you're all over the place. Hell, others may think it as well. However, have you stopped to think that maybe this is what preparation actually looks like!!!? You spend your life either doing what you're told or finding yourself doing whatever your heart desires and it leads you right you your path.

Hopefully, if you listen. You'll get a message. ❀️

  • How are WE now??! ( the masks we wear.) Pt. 1
Special Guests Dontray Hobbs and Talesha Sandidge -Roberson "put their phones down" and join on on how we coped with our high school issues. Losing friends to death, sexuality and bullying (or being bullied) played a major part of who we are now and it's a testimony to our strength as adults. If we went through this as kids, imagine our resilience as adults!

  • I'm a SURVIVOR! πŸ₯Š
Imagine being a bright young lady at the age of 16, thinking about getting a driver's license, hanging with friends and being a part of social activities. Then, imagine being the same age and discovering a lump in your breast and the world as a teenager has quickly catapulted into real life "adult" issues. My wonderful guest Mrs. Nikia Hammonds- Blakely was gracious enough to "Put her phone down." And tell us her journey of battling breast cancer as a teenager. In this interview she educates us on the importance of getting your breast checked at an early age and living your life to the fullest! We also talked about her accomplishments such as having her own day! Yes, October 12th is officially Nikia Hammonds-Blakely Day! Please, put your phones down and let her story be a testimony that life is truly a gift. While doing so, please visit her website @ iamhammondsblakely.com

  • Wipe Me Downnn. 🧼
In this episode I have decided to place a spotlight on this young boss lady. At 24 Kiara AKA Awakened Aromas has already made moves for herself. She has a line of natural soaps for our babies, ladies and men! I first discovered her products by seeing it being shared on several social media platforms. Once I ordered and tried them out I became an instant fan. The scent oozed out the packaging and once I used it my skin felt incredibly soft! We also chimed in on what got her started and where she's going! You don't want to miss this episode!

  • Are we heading toward Self-destruction?!!
I'm backkkkk. This episode is a tad bit heavy. However, I firmly believe it's well needed. In late February I watched the news along with everybody else as they introduced Corona virus to everyone and like most people I brushed it off until mid-March when I was told I couldn't return back to work. It became completely surreal. I laughed with friends and family saying this will go away, it's no big deal. We're now in September and it's a huge deal. We've had to adjust how we move around, socialize and date. I had the pleasure of getting my guest Nurse Shawnta Ford on the line to educate us on covid. Shawnta, has seen first-hand of the damage covid can do. She shares what prompted her to become a frontliner and how important it is to take care of ourselves and bodies.

  • Dialogue Book Bar!
If you live in Gary Indiana or the surrounding areas you'll know that sometimes it's not a lot of places where you can go be grown and feel sexy. It's no secret the older you get the more you dislike the idea of loud music, having to drive far or unsure what the crowd is going to be like. The dialogue is the perfect place for letting your hair down. While speaking to Monica She painted her vision as a place where you can come, feel comfortable and create a conversation who doesn't want that??! Please put your phones down for this special episode !
