The 15th, 19th, 23rd, 24th, and 26th Amendments to the United States Constitution all involved providing EVERY citizen the opportunity to exercise their constitutional right to vote. Many fought and even died for this right so we cannot callously ignore the advances made by our forefathers. Change starts with each one of us and every vote does indeed matter. Research candidates and legislation and be informed about who you elect to represent your interests and the policies that will directly impact your life.

We have to "Fill our Kids Cup".. You can Not pour from an empty cup. We must teach our Kids responsibility, value of education, honesty and integrity and arm them with a well filled cup for purposes of having great things to offer.

Solid mental health is every bit as important as solid physical health. We need to strengthen our minds as much as our muscles. Find ways to find peace in your life. Find ways to meditate and clear your mind. Eliminate the negativity that brings you down. Always look to the positive. Share your feelings with loved ones or people you trust. If those things don't work, don't be afraid to talk to medical professionals who are trained to help heal the mind and spirit. If medication is necessary, don't be afraid to try that either. Your very life could be at stake!

Too often people get into an uproar and are upset about the punishment phase when caught committing crimes. While we acknowledge our criminal justice system is imperfect, it is hard to sympathize with those who complain about that system when they know they have broken the law. As always we stress accountability and walking the straight and narrow so you won't have to worry about the system and how it treats you. One poor decision can alter the entire course of your life!

Our women should be treated like queens. They should see examples of queens early in their lives. They should see examples of women being treated like queens early in their lives. They should carry themselves as queens. They should make anyone they encounter understand they will be treated as nothing less than queens.

It is high time we treat our women, our queens with the proper respect they deserve.
