In this episode I chat with my former client Billy who purchased a condo last fall. Here he tells the story of why the condo was needed, some of the obstacles to getting done and his plans to use the condo in the future.

Fun aside, Billy is also a real estate agent in another part of the state. As a local agent, he could lean on my familiarity with the neighborhoods and allowed me to help select an area that would meet their needs.
