In the final session, Pastor Eric talks briefly about GenA (also known as the Polars).  As the youngest generation 10 and under, he mentions a few characteristics that have already been noted centered primarily around technology usage.  The series concludes by talking about the future of society and culture as Millennials, GenZ, and GenA become the primary generations in the workforce and leadership. 

During this live session in the Fellowship Hall, PVN Students join the session as Pastor Eric describes the cultural and social world that existed around their development.  He exhorts GenZ while asking older generations to lay the foundation for them spiritually.  Technology, constant information flow from the internet, and social media are driving change in them that is not all positive.  Pastor Eric discusses what can be done to help them through this world.

Pastor Eric continues his focus on the Millennial generation as Pastor Ryan joins him for a town hall session.  During the interview, Pastor Ryan discusses how he felt as a Millennial and affirmed many of the characteristics that Pastor Eric discussed in session 4.  In the later half of the session, the remaining characteristics of Millennials are discussed.

As late Boomer and Gen X had children, the Millennial generation was born.  Because of what Gen X had experienced with working parents and their fast life strategy to adolescence, Millennial children were much more cradled.  This means Millennials were raised by parents who rewarded them for everything.  As a result, they were taught how special they were as a generation and how they would be great.  Due to the Great Recession and life, they found out this was not true in adulthood leading to great levels of depression.  Pastor Eric discusses their characteristics including how technology played into their development.
