Faith shows itself to be genuine through the works we do in our lives. Faith and works are not two separate things, in fact, when faith has reached its complete form, it shows itself in our works.

James concludes his discussion on suffering by continuing to remind us of all the good things that are happening while we go through hard times. Then he ends this section by giving us the best news of all.
